chas F fos ter john D pamm gordon whitehead mr woodhouse and the editor A start was made in three autos about 8 30 a in the plant 24 2 10 miles distant being reached about midday the santa clara creek was crossed oi 54 times in making the journey both ways nays the road goes through the thrifty and prettily piet tily situated town of santa clara clam with its splendid cement block schoolhouse and pretty homes past the shivwits Shiv wits indian reservation where a very fine school building is now being completed and through gunlock another pretty little village built on the santa clara clam
