T. Bletzacker at his office in Murray City, Utah, or examined at the aforesaid offices. of-fices. The City contemplates the purchase pur-chase of all equipment and materials ma-terials f. o. b. St. George City, Utah or delivered and installed in place wherever so specified and will also receive bids for the labor la-bor of construction of such items as shown in plans and specifications. specifica-tions.
