She was hospitalized for over 30 days. ft c Mr. and Mrs. Fenton Gray and children are spending n few days in Salt Lake City on business, i Mrs. J. R. Williams, who has loen receiving treatment in Salt Lake City the past month, returned re-turned to her home in St. George Monday. She was accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. Ethel Prince of Ogden, who will remain with her for two weeks. Guests since Saturday of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Snow while visiting relatives here are Mr. and Mrs. Antone Kemp of Logan. Mr. Kemp and Mrs. Snow are brother and sister and Mrs. Kemp is a ncice of Mrs. B. Jarvis. Mrs. R. E. Dawson arrived on Saturday from Spokane, Wash., for an extended visit with her grandmother, Mrs. Helen F. Gray. Mrs. Dawson is the former Joyce Wilkin. SSgt. Dawson is instructor instruct-or at Geiger Field, Wash. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Campbell returned Monday from Elsinore, where Mrs. Campbell has been for the past six weeks caring for her daughter, Mrs. Arland Shaw and infant son, born March 10. Mr. Campbell joined her two weeks ago. This baby makes 60 grandchildren for the Campbells. Enroute home -they visited in Cannonville with another son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Irving Johnson and family. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Richards, who have made their home in St. George the past year left Tuesday evening for Idaho Falls, where they will make their home for the summer. They plan to return to St. George for next winter. Mrs. Jerome Asay returned on Friday from Artesia, Calif., where she spent the past several weeks with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Larkin Smith, assisting as-sisting with caring for their infant in-fant daughter. Visiting over the week end with Mrs. Helen Fredrickson, who is here from Roosevelt, Utah, attending at-tending Dixie junior college, were her two brothers, Grant Fredrick-son Fredrick-son of the Merchant Marines, who was enroute back to his ship, and Pvt. Gustav Fredrickson of the U. S. Army. The junior piano students of Mrs. Vernon Cannon met last Friday evening at the home of Pres. and Mrs. H. S. Snow, with their daughter, Annette as hostess. host-ess. The group studied musical terms and each member was presented pre-sented in piano numbers. J. Wilmer Kemp AERM 2c arrived ar-rived Monday from Washington, D. C. to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milo Kemp and other relatives for two weeks. Lee Andrus of Woods Cross, Utah is visiting relatives and friends in St, George this week. Mrs. Alma Evans and two children are here from Parowan for an extended visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Cottam, her husband having left recently for military induction. Mrs. Helen Douglas arrived on Monday from Los Angeles to visit with her mother, Mrs. Nellie Miles and other relatives. Mrs. Lillian Rydman and two children of Salt Lake City are spending the week at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John R. Wallis. Deputy Sheriff Lee Adams, Marshall Mar-shall IltTt Truman and Highway Patrolmen I.. A. Porter and I.orin J. Squire spent last week In Cedar City intending the school for law enforcement officers. They report that the school put in a very busy and Intensive program, Mrs. Wayne Stewart and two children, Joan and Paul, who have spent the winter in St. George, left Wednesday for Payson, where they will remain Indefinitely.
