Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, February 25, 1937. NOTICE is hereby given that Lewis C. Karrick, Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the laws of Utah to appropriate 0.2 sec. ft. of water from Upper Bear Spring nd an unnamed sprng near the North Fork of Virgin river in Kane County, Utah. 0.1 sec. ft. of water will be diverted' from each spring at its point of issuance described as follows: (Upper Bear spring) S 1300 ft. and W 1788 ft. from Ett cor. Sec. 2 T 39 S, R 8 W, S. L. B. & M., (unnamed spring) W 1320 ft. and S. 1320 ft. from NW cor. said Sec. 2. The water will be pumped from each spring to a common collecting point situated W. 1788 ft. and S 1500 ft. from Ei cor. said Sec. 2, and used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year for domestic domes-tic purposes at a recreational park or ranch to be constructed near Strawberry Point. This application is designated n the State Engineer's Office las File No. 12315. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, shall be submitted sub-mitted in affidavit form and in' duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office withn 30 days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
