Show Future Farmers Report On Tenth Annual Convention At Logan On August 18, 19 and 20, the Tenth Annual Convention of the F.F.A. was held in Logan. Forty-six Forty-six chapters were represented with approximately 800 Future Farmers in attedance. Washington county chapters were represented by Frank McMullin, Grant Nisson and Rex Bleak of the Dixie Chapter with Supt. Milton E. Moody acting as their adviser and Warren Church, Clark Ballard, Rulon Woodbury, Hugh Neikon and Dwain Atkin of the Hurricane chapter and their adviser, Elmer Graff. Po?x Bleak has been secretary of the state association for the past year and deserves a great deal of credt for the rfficient way he has served the organization. Nisson and McMullin were delegates dele-gates to the convention. The Hurricane boys orrtered I various events and also took an active part on various committees during the three-day conventions. Rulon Woodbury received . a trophy for being high point man in the judging of sheep. For the Hurricane boys, the crowning event took place when their president, presi-dent, Warren Church, received a State Farmer key for distinguished distinguish-ed work in the leadership, scholarship scholar-ship and agriculturlal practices.
