Show Utah's Citizens Urged To Attend Annua! State Fair In Salt Lake SALT LAKE CITY, Utah. Put these dates and the intervening inter-vening ones in your "do" book the "do" meaning to devote one or more of the eight days to visiting vis-iting the Utah state fair. There's a reason. The 1940 fair is going to set new records in scope and variety of attrac- I tions for visitors. Contracts already al-ready signed for entertainment features assure this, while every advance indication points to the finest exhibit of Beehive state products ever assembled for public pub-lic display. Entertainment for the folks who come to the fair this year is being made the outstanding qualification quali-fication for programmed events arranged by the Utah State Fair association. The fair management is determined to leave no stone unturned in efforts to provide attractions at-tractions that will leave every visitor the feeling that his admission ad-mission fee has been returned many fold in things seen at the fair. Acting on the assumption that people come to the fair to first of all be entertained, both by exhibits ex-hibits and "show" features, association as-sociation officials are "going the limit" in making certain that the 1940 exhibit in all departments |
