Show SAINTS HAVE GOOD CONFEREHCE HERE Regular quarterly confererce of the St. George Stake of Zion was held here last Saturday and Sunday. President Nicholes presiding. The Priesthood meeting was held in the D. C. auditorium. President W. O. Bent'.ey gave a report re-port of the Priesthood Quorums of the Stake. Elder George Brooks. Jr., spoke on How to Maintain Interest in "Quorum meetings. Elder Geo. E. Miles told Why We Keep Records. Elder II. L. Reid spoke of Problems Prob-lems of Class Leaders. Elder Leo Larson of Hurricane told How We make our Quorum Successful. Success-ful. Elder W. G. Hopkins: How We Made Our H. P. Quorum successful. The Conference Priesthood session reconvened at 2 p. m., Pres. Nicholes presiding. Elder Orson F. Whitney of the general authorities was present. pres-ent. Antone Nisson told how a Deacons' Quorum Helped the Bishop by caring for the widows and doing janitor work. Bishop W. W. McArthur: How a Bishop used the Ordained Priests and Teachers. The subject of the social opportunities oppor-tunities of a priesthood quorum was discussed by the priesthood. Pres. Nicholes made mention of the social activities of the priesthood and its great benefits; urged ward recreation recrea-tion committees. Pres. Bentley urged social affairs inaugurated by the quorums. Pres. Cannon thought priesthood quorums had splendid opportunities along social and athletic lines; he urged cooperation. Pres.
