Show SANTACLARA gANTA CLARA, May 17. i Our home missionaries last Sunday were Milton E. Moody and James McArthur of St.. George. Their sermons were on the law of tithing tith-ing and were very much appreciated. appreci-ated. Misses Merle and Voile Suteki, Carrie Graff, and La Von Tobler left Friday for Bunkerville to attend at-tend the high school commence-mpnt commence-mpnt pwrr.iRPJi. Most everyone is busy bunching vegetables and the peddlers are hauling the . produce to northern markets. Mrs. Elmer Graff and two children chil-dren are spending a few days here visiting at the home of Albert Graff. : Misses Elma and Margie Knight returned from Bunkerville Sunday. They have attended school there the past winter. Joseph Ray made a business trip to Bunkerville last Sunday. A quilting party was held last Thursday at the home of Mrs. John M. Stucki. Mrs. John Bnce left Friday for Cedar City to visit several days wHh relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Ewiest Tobler spent Sunday at Littlefield visiting. visit-ing. There are still several cases ol (mumps, among seme of the older people here. Mrs. Mathew Gray of Central is here visiting her father, Arnold Stucki. Robert and Sylvia Stucki spent the week end at Overton. Miss Lily Tobler returned with them. |
