Glenn Crosby arrived here Friday from San Diego to spend three weeks with relatives. Frank Miller returned Tuesday from Salt Lake City where he spent a few days on business. Mrs. Wanda Guerrero and son John were visitors here from Motoqua the latter part of last week. Miss Annie McAllister of Kanab spent Sunday here visiting Mr. and Mrs. Harold Miles and family. Ira Esplin and Myren Holegate of Orderville were business visitors here the latter part of last week. Mrs. Guy Hafen left last Friday for a short visit with relatives in Salt Lake City. ' Mrs. E. B. Snow and daughter, Evelyn, left last Friday for Provo, to spend a few weeks with relatives there. Mrs. W. A. Hollinger and son Samuel Sam-uel returned to their home at Ursine, Ur-sine, Nev., Monday after visiting here for several days. Owen Pendleton and Cecil Haycock Hay-cock returned last Friday from the Grand Canyon where they have been working. Willard Iverson and daughter, Miss Nellie, of Mt. Trumbull, Ariz., were visitors in St. George Wednesday. Wednes-day. Mrs. Robert Wlorthen entertained the O. D. O. club at her homte last Friday afternoon. Miss Iola Dodge returned to her home at Toquerville last Thursday after spending several months here. Miss Eva Iverson returned to her home at Mt. Trumbull, Ariz. Tuesday Tues-day after a short visit here. Miss Leila Gifford came in last Thursday from Springdale to spend the winter here. John Eardley and son Claude and O. C. Sparks were business visitors here from Motoqua last Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Harris entertained enter-tained a group of friends at their home Saturday evening. |
