Ticket sales indicate a good attendance. The East. St. George Ward have sold all the tickets allotted to them and have come back for more. Word received from the outlying wards indicates that many will attend from there. Mrs. P. D. Spilsbury, who is in charge of the banquet, urges the women to use this opportunity opportun-ity for getting out of the kitchen. She also states that now that the men have had their week of recreation in deer hunting, that the women are justified in forsaking for-saking a few of their duties. |
