Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. August 4, 1926 Notice is hereby .given that the Enterprise Reservoir and Canal Company, whose principal place of business is Enterprise, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of Sec. 8. Chapter 67, Session Laws of Utah, 1913 and 1925 to change the point of diversion and place of use of 20 c. f. s. of water from Shoal Creek in Washington Washing-ton County, Utah. The applicant herein intended by virtue of their application No. 9414 to divert 50 c. f s. of water at a point which bears 3540 ft. S. and 1500 ft. W. of the NW cor. of Sec. 16, T. 37 S., R. 17 W., S. L. It is now desired to change the point of diversion of 20 c. f. s. of the original 50 c. f. s. of water at a point which bears N. 54 50' W. 123 5 ft. from the NVi cor. of Sec. 15 T. 3 7 S., R. 17 W. S. L. M. and use for the irrigation of 2600 acres of land embraced in parts of Sec. 24-E, 24-E, EW Sec. 25; E, E1 W Sec. 36;, T. 36 S., R. 17 W SWVi, ENW, WE Sec. 1-SESEi4 1-SESEi4 Sec. 2; EE, W-SE, W-SE, SWyiNEyi Sec. 11; NWy4, WNE Sec. 12, SSE Sec. 10, T. 37 S., R. 17 W., S. L. M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. a-911. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons therefore, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
