Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah. October 4, 1926. Notice is hereby given that Schmutz Brothers, in care of Donald Schmutz, whose post office address is New Harmony, Utah, have made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Ses-sion Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925 to appropriate 36 acre feet of water from Groves Creek in Iron County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears S. 2902 ft. and W. 7631 ft. from the SW cor. of Sec. 19, T. 37 S., R. 12 W., S. L. M. and conveyed by means of a ditch a distance dist-ance of 1200 ft. and there stored in a natural reservoir located in unsur-veyed unsur-veyed NESE Sec. 3 6, T. 3 7 S., R. 13 W., S. L. B. M. The water will be used during the entire year for the watering of S000 goats and sheep. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10025. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefore, must be-by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office 'within thirty (30) days after the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
