Show GUNLOCK Q UNLOCK, Aug. 31 The Gun-lock, Gun-lock, Veyo, and Central Relief society members met here Friday. Fri-day. There was a meeting held in the evening with a program and refreshments, and all enjoyed the dance at night. A laTge crowd was in attendance. Most of the men from here have been away the past week. Some are working at the saw mill in Grass valley, some on the reserve and others are working for the Dixie Power company. Jeter X. Gardner was in town Saturday on business. Vernon Leavitt made a trip to Enterprise Saturday on business. Miss Mildred Hunt has gone to Overton to attend high school this winter. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Pulsipher and two children of Bunkerville zrs here visiting their daughter, Mrs. J. Pulsipher. Raymond Pulsipher and Mel-vin Mel-vin Farnsworth have gone to Pioche Pi-oche in search of employment. Mrs. John Gibbs of Beryle has spent the last week here putting up fruit and visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Amos Hunt. Mrs. Melvin Farnsworth is spending a few days with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Jones, at their ranch near Central. |
