Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office Salt Lake City, Utah, June 15, 1-933. Notice is hereby given that Jed M. Terry, whose post office address ad-dress is Littlefield, Arizona, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Laws of Utah to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.5 sec. ft. of water from Beaver Dam wash in Washington County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said water has heretofore hereto-fore been diverted at points either eith-er N 67 degrees E 2076 ft. from the W& cor. Sec. 7, T 42 S., R. 19 W. or S 72 degrees W., 1981 ft. from the NE cor. Sec. 13, T. 42 S., R. 20 W., S. L. B. & M. and used to irrigate part of SE'A SE Sec. 12 and NE NEtt, SW',4 NEK Sec. 13, T. 42 S., R. 20., S. L. B. & M. It is now proposed pro-posed to divert said water at a point S. 35 degrees 29' E., 1301 ft. from the SM or. Sec. 2 4, T. 42 S., R. 20 W., and convey a distance of 5500 ft. and there use to irrigate part of SWU SEK sec. 25, W'i EH and EH WH sc. 3 6, T. 42 S., R. 20 W., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File Xo. a-123 6. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must D by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied accompan-ied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice. j T.
