Dixie National Forest, will be 1 open to settlement and entry at : the United States Land Office at j Salt Lake City, Utah, under the provisions of the homestead law : and act of June 11, 1906 (34 1 Stat., 233), on December 17, 1932, by any qualified person in the absence of entry by persons coming within either of ?e two following classes: (l) Persons named after each tract upon whose application the lands were listed, if any, who, in order to avail themselves of the preference prefer-ence right, must file their application ap-plication within sixty days prior to date of opening; (2) Ex-service men who, In order to avail themselves of the preference right conferred by congress under un-der public resolution No. 85, approved ap-proved June 12, 1930, may file application within one hundred ten days prior to date or opening. open-ing. All such applications filed within the first twenty days- of this period will be treated as simultaneously filed at 9 a. m. on the ninetieth day prior to date of opening. Applications by ex-service ex-service men thereafter, but prior to date of opening, will be treated treat-ed in the order in which filed. The general public may file applications ap-plications within twenty days prior to opening date.
