Show ORDINANCE NO. 59 CITY OF BINGHAM CANYON, UTAH An Ordinance vacating a portion of Main Street in Lower Bingham. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Bingham Canyon, Utah: Section 1. That that part of Main Street in the City of Bin-hnm Bin-hnm Canyon, Utah, described as follows, - to-wit: -. A tract of land lying between be-tween the Easterly boundary , of Lots 15 and 17, Block 1, Plat "C" of Wilkes Official Survey of Bingham Canyon, Salt'Lake County, Utah, and the sidewalk on the Westerly side of Main Street, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 15, Block 1 of Plat "C" of said official survey, sur-vey, said point bearing North 23s 2:)' Fast 371.8 feet from Road Ston 4 14-A, and running run-ning thence South GO East 12.8 feet; thence South 57 44' East 30.85 feet more or less to Westerly line of sidewalk side-walk on the West side of Main Street; thence along Westerly line of sidewalk North 35 ' 20' East 73.69 feet; thence North 60" 25' West 16 feet more or less to the East-- East-- erly line of Lot 17 of said Block 1; thence South 32" 37' West 13 feet to the Southeast South-east corner of said Lot 17; thence along Southerly line of said Lot 17 North 60 25' West 52!) feet to the Northeast North-east corner of Lot 15 of said Block, Plat and Survey; thence Southwesterly along the Easterly line of said Lot 15 63 feet more or less to the place of beginning. be" and the same is hereby vacated vacat-ed and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way. Said vacation is mad6 especially es-pecially subject to all existing rights-of-way and easements of . all public utilities of any and every ev-ery description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above - described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, repair-ing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities, and all of them. Section 2. In the opinion of the City Council, it is necessary for the peace, health . and safety of the inhabitants of the City of Bingham Canyon that this ordinance ordin-ance become effective immediately, immedi-ately, and therefore this ordinance ordin-ance shall take effect on the date of its publication. Councilman Bob Jimas ' made a motion tthat the foregoing ordinance ord-inance be adopted. Councilman Ross M. dishing seconded the motion. Roll call vote was as follows: Councilman' Bob Jimas "Aye".
