Show Sandy man drowns in Starvation Reservoir An elderly Sandy Utah man drowned Wednesday afternoon of last week when his small aluminum fishing boat capsized In 30 hour mlle mile an hour winds about 15 to 20 feet from the south shore of Starvation Reservoir LEE tEE II H.
