tour of historic sites planned for june russell R rich of the brigham young university religion faculty whose specialty is the th e history of the church will lead the annual BYU L D S church history tour set for june it was announced today by dr max rogers BYU travel studies supervisor mr rich has a rich background of experience and will contribute greatly to the knowledge led e and understanding of I 1 eaffy early history of the church dr rogers said former director of institutes arizona state mr rich served in li the german austrian mission M i from 1930 33 in 1936 he abed from UtaH State agricultural college colleg where ahe e served as student body bWy president prisident during dining his senior year he then began teaching seminary in driggs idaho later he taught ingres ton idaho logona and phoenix ariz in addition behas he has sera served as director of the institute at university of wyoming sin in lir lar amle in 1949 he received d the M A deafy in church history from BYU and currently cu is working towards the doctorate mr rich will he be at the ride side of tour for three weeks giving timely lec lectures conducting ri ducting discussions and elpinis in every way possible in furthering religious education and answering questions
