senator heed reed smoot of utah reiterates emphatically that he is keenly interested in seeing the flaming gorge power development go forward but makee makes equally clear that action by congress authorizing the building of this project at a cost of some eight err en er r million ml 1 lion dollars cannot reasonably be expected until certain feces siry preliminaries have been compiled uh ith in
