no city no church no family no individual ever tier rises above abone the ideals it cherishes cherl sheL it I 1 Is for this reason that I 1 appreciate pe libe work I 1 can think of nothing worthwhile in life that our daughters may not accomplish it if they have faith it if they diligently seek knowledge if they cherish and safeguard health if they honor womanhood manhood if they appreciate and understand beauty it they know work sort by having successfully performed some useful labor if they taste the sweetness of i service it if they feel feet joy and these are the ideals of bee hive teaching ideals which are not abstract but which hive have behind them a mothe force which functions in mental physical and spiritual activities ideals which can inspire our OUT girls to the wholesomeness and beauty of womanhood which our heavenly father rather has designed they should achieve I 1 would commend to these young omen women that they cherish and guard closely each of these ideals close ly throughout their lives bee hive training has a broadening influence upon its girls its ideal ideals point to every field of 0 worthy endeavor the girls learn to divide their time timo among the various fields in due proportion anc ant to spend their usefully and successfully it rounds out their interests drawing us it does from all good sources to perfect womanhood they fill cells which classified in seven different fields re ligion home health domestic art out of doors business and public service I 1 would commend to these graduates that they do not lose fight sight any of these it we are not careful as time goes on we find ourse hes centering most of our interests in business perhaps or in the home to be most successful in life we retain activity in all of the fields mentioned the watchword of the bee hive air Is both significant and beautiful to me meaning work for mankind and for home and the word itself spells womanhood except the last two letters which are dropped words are i to tell girls how much we love you would we as parents not give to inbur the happiness and success of our and daughters our fondest hopes bound up in you as you grow blossom into womanhood and girls what wonderful you can be bel what glorious ou can mn make of your lives for have nude made the right start you the right hands to help you you the right hearts to love you you the right eyes to watch you you the right thoughts to make you have the right ideals ideal to guide you there are many influences nowadays to spoil you so many standards so much artificiality unbecoming
