Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described describ-ed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, ti-tle, possession or encumbrances, encum-brances, at the south front door of the Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Ver-nal, Utah, on the 27th day of July, 1983, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., of said day: Lot 32 of the AKHURST SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVI-SION, according to the official plat thereof on file at the office of the Recorder, Uintah County, Coun-ty, Utah, located in Section Sec-tion 17, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Meridian. Commonly known as 2908 West 1000 North, Vernal, Utah 84078. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these nonjudicial non-judicial proceedings is dated June 18, 1981, and was executed by GREGG J. HODGES and PATRTICIA L. HODGES, husband and wife, and the present owners are RANDY DUGAN and JENNY DUGAN, husband and wife.
