Show Agricultural prices decline Prices received by Utah farmers and ranchers during May, for livestock in general, declined from April and May, 1982, according to the Utah Crop and Livestock Reporting Service. Cow prices fell $1.60 per hundredweight hun-dredweight (cwt.) from April, 1983, and $.80 per cwt. from May, 1982. Steers and heifers were off $2.90 per cwt. from last month and $2.40 per cwt. from the previous year. Calves saw a $2.30 per cwt. decline from a month ago, but increased $1.10 per cwt. from last year. Sheep were off $1.40 per cwt. from April and only $.20 per cwt. from 1982. Lambs fell $4.90 per cwt. from the previous month, and $7.00 per cwt. from last year's level. All milk, during May, was off $.30 per cwt. from last month, but remained at the same level as May, 1982. Prices paid for feed and feed ingredients ingre-dients were mixed during May, 1983. Bran fell $.50 per cwt. from April, 1983, and $.20 per cwt. from May, 1982. Beef cattle concentrate increased $.60 cwt. from last month, and $1.20 per cwt. from a year ago. Cottonseed meal declined $.50 per cwt. from April, but was up $.50 per cwt. from last year. Soybean meal rose $.50 per cwt. from the previous month, and remained at the same level as in May, 1982. Corn meal increased $.50 per cwt. from last month, but was off $.30 per cwt. from a year ago.
