Show RIC1IINS VACATING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF 500 SOUTH STREET AT WEST HIGHWAY 40. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF VERNAL CITY UTAH: Section 1. That the best interests of the City would be served by the vacating f the hereinafter described street; and That the provisions of the Utah Code Annotated U953) as amended, Sections Sec-tions 10-8-8.1, 10-8-8.2, 10-8-8.3, 10-8-8.4, and 10-8-8.5 have been complied com-plied with; and That all owners of property abutting the street to be vacated have consented to the vacating of said street. Section 2. That the following described street be and the same is hereby vacated, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point located West 1416.25 feet and South 81.32 feet from the South Quarter Corner of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian; Meri-dian; thence S 8802'49" W-157.13 feet to a point on the East Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway 40; thence N 43"57'24" E-61.52 feet; thence along the arc of curve 31.42 feet (chord bearing N 8857'24" E-28.28 feet); thence S 4602'36" E-15-35 feet; thence along the arc of a curve 82.53 feet (chord bearing S 6859'53" E-80.34 feet) to the point of beginning. Contains 0.078 acres. Section 3. This ordinance or-dinance shall become effective ef-fective the day after publication, the Nth day of August, 1982.
