Show ' PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Adjustments Ad-justments of Uintah County will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 1981, in the Commissioner room of the County Courthouse, at which time public consideration will be given to the following: 1. Morris and Edith Page wish to build a home more than 200 ft. off county road at approximately ap-proximately 2 miles North of Big O and "2 mile East of Ballard. 2. Sheldon Player seeks a variance to build more than 200 feet off county road on East Highway 40. 3. Boyd Merrell desires a special use permit to do general mechanical work at 2444 South 2000 East. 4. Arza and Vergie Adams seek a variance to place a mobile home on their lot at 1075 North 3000 West. 5. Stacy Fletcher wishes a variance in frontage requirements at approximately 939 West 1500 South. 6. David and Rita Keddy seek a variance to build a home more than 200 feet from a county road at approximately 10330 North Dry Fork. 7. Brad and Katheryn Jackson desire a variance to build more than 200 feet from county road at approximately 2700 North 2500 West. 8. Everett Coon desires a variance to build more than 200 feet off the--Dinosaur Road. 9. Larry and Lori Zahn seek a special exception to the zoning ordinance for their residence in Lapoint. 10. Mr. and Mrs. Stacey L. Fletcher request variance from the 100' frontage ruling for property near Ashley Central Canal.
