Show J i 1 i. i i i r t. t J J f I PART OF THE in stolen goods taken in to an w were re arrest arrested J by po police ce after arous arousing ng the suspicions early morning burglary at the Vernal Music Co is I of Security Guard Mike McKee exhibited at the Vernal Police station Two Tv men Pair Pr charged in n burglary Two men made the mistake of arousing Security Guard Mike McKees McKee's suspicions early Tuesday morning and as a result have been arrested and charged by Vernal Police for the burglary of the Vernal Music Co Over in stereo equipment and records was taken from the store As McKee was making his rounds on Main Street around am a.m. he noticed suspicious activity on the part of two men near Showalter Ford and called the Vernal Police Responding officers Mel Curtis and Reed Merrill found Michael Scott Kleyla 20 former Cormer Washington state resident currently residing in Vernal hiding under a car in the car lot The Theother Theother Theother other individual fled the scene and andr r remained free until early Tuesday afternoon OFFICERS Curtis and Merrill also recovered the bulk of stolen goods from Crom under other cars in the lot where it had been hidden by the burglars Chief Jonathan B B. B Jones' Jones investigating investigating investigating in in- team of f Detectives Darell Lance and Bob Downard concluded its investigation approximately twelve hours after the burglary when they arrested former Cedar City resident Bradley C C. C Davis 21 Vernal for his part in the burglary At the time of oC the Davis arrest a television set taken in inthe the theft was also recovered in equipment and records was taken from the store in which entry was made through the front door after a window had been broken by a rock The two arrested men were charged with burglary a third degree felony charge and taken to Uintah County Jail where they are being held in lieu of 2000 bail Assisting in the investigation by jones Jones Lance and Downard were Lt Mike 1 Adams and Detective Ben Johnson |
