register ister of the land office and all other important territorial positions the rec registrars 0 are utah men the jurors bona fide residents the pot post po st office appointees are arc and neighbors of the people the judges are selected from utah lawyers and the tha whole federal machinery is rapidly becoming I 1 Ulo nian the people who for so many years have borne all manner of false c repeated repealed failures of the previous republican administration to keep its pledges with utah we V e demand that all federal offices in utah shall be filled by utah men dien the democratic party in utah was the first to recognize the changed an conditions and was quickly followed in this by the national democracy we call the attention of the people to the fact that the republican party claims
