campbell county was killed and deputy sheriff john dail and crusoe smith mortally wounded dand and josse jesse jones sustained everal several serious injuries in jurie sheriff burdett IS and deputy sheriff dail went TO jellico to arrest a miner by the name ot of jesse jones the arrest was made on the tennessee asee side of the line not f far ac from jellico and soon afterward a number of miner
