Show NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION. Land Office at Salt Lake City, March 21, 1882. Notice is hereby given that the following named settlers have filed notice of their intention to make final proof in support of their claims, and that said proof will be made before the Judge or Clerk of County Court at Logan, Cache Co., Utah, on Saturday, April 22, 1882, viz: William Bateman, D. S. No. 8031?, for the E. 1/2 S.E. 1/4, Sec. 35, Tp. 14 N., of R. 1 E. He names the following witnesses to prove his continuous residence upon, and cultivation of, said land, viz: Howard Egan, William Tripp, Peter Glazier, Edward Bennion?
