The convention will consist of 239 delegate, and they will be apportioned on the basis of one delegate to every fifteen votes cast for Hon. O. v. Powers for congress In 1900. At the same primary you are requested re-quested to elect delegates to the State convention of the Democratic party to be held at Logan, Utah, Tuesday, Sept. 22nd, 1908. at 11 o'clock a. in., for the purpoe of nominating three presidential president-ial electors, who will vote for William J. Uryan and John W. Kern for president presi-dent and vlco-presldent, roipcctlvoly, of the United States; and candidates for the following o Ulcers for tho Stato of Utah! To select a state committee and to transact such, other business as may projerly come before said convention.
