Show G. A. R. Meet ny. Judge M. M. Kellogg has received a letter from M. M. Kalghn, department commandor of the G. A. R , notifying hi in that Gen. Kalghn and staff will visit Provo next Tuesday evening, July 25th. Judge Kellogg advises us that arrangement ar-rangement have beeu undo for a public pub-lic meeting in tho court house squaro that evening at 8 o'clock. Good inu-lc will Lo In attendance, and Uen Kalghn will address the citlz n of Provo upon patriotism generally, and particularly Upon the matter of the soldier day at Siltalr, August 23, and the National Encampment G. A. R. for 1000, which it Is hoped will be scoured for Utah. The address will be interesting to the people (if Provo and we trust the people peo-ple will turn out, and will also help advance both of the events mentioned. Later Gen.
