Clark vs. tho Oregon Short Lino Was commenced th!3 nf lernoon. This Is a suit brought to recover damages In tho sum of $00 for tho killing of n cow on tho defendant's track at Pleasant Glove. The plaintiff Is represented by Wnrncr& Houtz, and tho defendant by J. W. N. Whltecotton. Tho following fol-lowing Jury was empaneled: Josoph Armstrong, .Ins. W. Mean, Daniel Williams. Jas. G.
