You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff", in the District Court of I he Fifth Jndicial District of the State of Utah, and to answer tbe complaint com-plaint filed therein within ten days (exclusive of the day of service) after the service on you of this Summons, if served within this County ; or, if served out of this County, but in this District, within twenty days; otherwise within forty days: and if you fail to answer the com-plhint, com-plhint, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded therein. The 6aid action is brought to have the bonds of Matrimony between Plaintiff and Defendant dissolved on the following grounds; I That the Defendant for more than three years past .hart wilfully neglected to provide tor the Plaintiff the common necessaries of life having the ability so to do. D. 1893, the said Defendant Defend-ant disregarding his marriage vow, wilfully and without cause deserted and abandoned, and ever since has and still continues so to wilfully and without cause desert and abandon said Plaintiff.
