Show R. Frei, John Batty and Edward M. McAarthur also spoke at the Conference giving very interesting accounts of their experiences in the missionary field. A pleasing feature of the Conference Confer-ence was a Concert on Saturday and Monday evenings under the direction of Chief Choirister Joseph W. McAllister. There were in addition to Saint George Tabernaclo Choir of 32 vocalists, 15 from Toquorvillo, 10 from Ban-keryille, Ban-keryille, 10 from Santa Clara, 12 Washington, 11 from tho 3rd Ward of Saint George and 15 Selected vocalists from tho Stake at large, making a body of 105 sweet singers sing-ers of Israel who made most delightful de-lightful melody for those who as-embled as-embled to hear. The weather was most favorable for the Conference, for, although there was a rainfall on Sunday night, it simply laid tho dust. St. George Stake Quarterly Conference- The quarterly gathering of the Saints of St. George Stake began their sessions on Saturday the 14th inst.' On that day the Belief feo-cieties feo-cieties of the Stake held their session ses-sion under the direction of Stake President sister Anna L. I. Ivins. The reports showed active efficiency effi-ciency of the Ward organizations. On the same day the High Priests under President William Fawcett, had their Quarterly Conferrence. This was followed by the Quarterly Quar-terly Stake Priesthood Meeting under the Presidency of the Stake, i On Sunday and Monday the sessions ses-sions of the Stake Conference were held under the direction of President Presi-dent Mc Arthur and his Councilors. They each addressed the Saints: also one of the High Council 1 elder James Andrus, and twelve of the Bishops of wards in the Stake, delivered brief discourses including includ-ing report of their respective wards.
