Show OOUSOIiIBATIl. Both the Salt Lake Tribune and tli9 Ogden Standard are advocating advocat-ing consolidation of forces for the November Electionthe Standard having been thv pioneer in .. the matter. The Tribune thinks we should, guarentee . Fran k . J. Cannon's election to congress and send him out to stump the ground where the Goldbugs are working in the East, so that the people may be shown both sides of the question, and have . a fair understanding under-standing of what the silver part of the affray, is, and also intimates that there may be others who would do to send, out The Standard Stand-ard conns forward and proposes that Judge Goodwin also take the stump for the good of the Silver Party and off ers to see that .the funds are forthcoming to pay Mr.1 Goodwins traveling expenses, if he will launch out. Mr. Glassman, of the (Standard, is a zealous silver worker, and he, too, would .be a valuable addition to the stumping speakers, and we would like to see them all put to work among the Farmers of the East, so as to show them what will be the crisis, if the Gold men win, and we , believe be-lieve it will have a good effect. Of course wo are in favor of . all in our state, who are in favor of free ' coinage, joining hands and Voting solid for Bryan and Sewall at tne coming election, for if the silver party win, the times will in-prove in-prove and new industries will be iuangerated, b u t if g o 1 d wins, then it w i 1 1 be woo to , t h e country!
