Show ARCADIA Born April 12, 1929 to Mr, ami Mrs. Wanless S. Shields, a boy. Mrs. 'Frank Holgate wa3 operated on at Salt Lake Monday for goiter. Peter Gordon, who has been employed em-ployed at the Tooele smelter, is here for a couple at weeks looking after his interests. He expects to return and spend the summer at Tooele. Mrs. Marvel Allred and son Dean of Bluebell were Arcadia visitors one day last week. Bishop Thomas M. Gilbert and Marvin G. Shields attended L. D. ST eonvanUon at Mt. Emmons Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. John E. Myers, Jr. and daughters Helen and Elma were Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs, Marvin G. Shields. Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Larson accompanied accom-panied Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ilolgale to Salt Lake City. Clarence Horrocks took Hale Holgate Hol-gate to Salt Lake for medical treatment treat-ment Monday. Mr. Holgate has. been very ill for a couple of weeks. They were accompanied by Mrs. Holgate and Milton Larsen. Oliver Sagers came down from hi3 ranch at Red creek to look after his interests liere. Ray Horrocks has returned from rieasant valley where he has been plowing for Jesse Allen, S. O. Solomonson (had his leg crushed while working ;on the government gov-ernment canal3. He got It caught in the ditcher. Th?re will be an opening jarty in the new ward house Friday evening. Everybody is Invited. |
