Show T. Elton Billings Graduates Grad-uates With Degree of Bachelor of Laws Washington, D. C. T. Elton Billings, of Duchesne, graduated from The George Washington University Uni-versity at the Fall Convocation, held Wednesday, October 18, with the degree of Bachelor of Laws, from the Law School. The ceremonies took place in Corcoran Hall of the University at noon. Dr. Cloyd Heck, President, Pres-ident, delivered the convocation address. Degrees and certificates were conferred upon 149 graduates at that time. It was chartered by Act of Congress Con-gress in 1821, In accordance with George Washington's desire for a university located in the nation's capitol.
