Show Notice To Water Users THE STATE OF UTAH, OFFICE OF-FICE OF STATE ENGINEER, SALT LAKE CITY. . Notice is hereby given that the U. S. Forest Service, Ogden, Utah, has made Application, in accordance with the laws ot Utah, to appropriate 0.067 sec. ft. (30 g. p. m.) of water from Hades creek, tributary to north fork of Duchesne river, in Duchesne Du-chesne county, Utah. The water will be collected from May 1 to October 31 Inclusive of each year, by tile pipe placed in the stream channel, at a point which bears N. 49 deg. 29 min. E., 260S ft. from the S!i Cor. Sec. 26, T. 2 N.", R. 9 W., USB&M., conveyed by li-in pipe, 75 ft., to an equalizing tank, from which tit will flow thrugh 1,000 ft. of iy2-in. iy2-in. pipe to the proposed Hades Campground water-supply system, sys-tem, where it will be used by the general public for domestic purposes. pur-poses. This Application is designated in the office of the State Engineer Engine-er as No. 12709. All protests resisting re-sisting the granting of said Application, Ap-plication, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H.
