read as follows Sec 8 8 The proceeds of the sales of all lands that have been or may hereafter be granted by the United States to this state for tor th the support of the common schools and five per of the net proceeds of the sales of United States lublic public lands lying within the state an and sold by the United States subsequent to the admission admission admission ad ad- mission of this state into the Union shall be bo and remain a n permanent fund to be lie called the State School Fund the interest o of which only shall shaH be expended for the support of the common common common com com- mon schools The interest on the State School Fund the proceeds of all property property property prop prop- erty that ma may accrue to the tho state by escheat or forfeiture all unclaimed the electors at atthe atthe atthe the general election of 1930 to read as follows Sec 7 7 7 The Tho rato of taxation on tangible property shall not exceed on each coals dollar of ot valuation two an
