The marriage took place in Salt Lake City on December 2nd. Announcement has been received of the marriage of Mis3 Dora Gunderson of Huntington to Kenneth Smith of Myton, the wedding being solemnized at Hunt ington on December 3. Mr. Smith is the son fo Mr. and Mrs. A. I. Umit h of Myton and is one of Mytons popular younger set. The Band Mothers met Thursday at the home of Mrs. Malcolm Walters near Bridgeland. Many members attended from Myton, the regular business enjoying meeting, followed by a delicious lunch. Mr3. William Harris entertained the Friday Bridge club at her home last week. The members and guests enjoyed an afternoon of bridge, after which the hostess served a pleasing lunch. Present were Mrs. R. E. Waugh, Mrs. Wm. Preece, Mrs. Bliss Lott, Mrs. Lee Cooper, Mrs. Wm. Koehler, Miss Alice Todd and Mrs. J. T. Burke. The prize for high score was awarded to Mrs. Waugh. Mrs. Herman Sheffield entertained Monday evening honoring her husbands birthday anniversary. Novel games furnished the entertainment for the evening. The guests present were Mr. and Mrs. Les Maxwell of Duchesne, Mr. and Mr3. Wilmer Murray, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Wilde, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Moss, Miss Ramona White, Miss Thelma Brotherson, Miss Janet Barker and Ross Fietkau. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Bates of Duchesne were Myton visitors Friday. Floyd Lamb left Thursday of last week on a business trip to Denver, Colo. During his absence he visited with relatives Colo., returning home at Brush, Tuesday morning. Royal Sexton was a business visitor in Myton Friday from Duchesne. Lavar Peterson and Hal Olsen spent from Friday till Monday visiting here with their parents, returning Monday to Kennilworth, where they are employed.
