electors electora at nt the tho general election of 1930 to read rend as follows Sec 3 3 The proceeds of the sales of all nIl lands that have been or may hereafter ter bo be granted by tho the United States to this state for the tho support of the common schools and five per of the net proceeds of the I sales sale s of United States public lands lands' lying within the state and sold by the United States subsequent to tho admission admission admission ad ad- adI I mission of this state into the Union shall be and remain a permanent fund I to be bo called the State School Fund the interest of which only shall shaU be expended for the support of the com corn common common mon neon schools The interest on tho the State School Fund tho the proceeds of all property property prop prop- erty orty that may accrue to the state by escheat or forfeiture all nU unclaimed shares and dividends of any corporation corporation corporation corpora corpora- tion incorporated under the laws of this state the proceeds of th the sales of timber and the proceeds of tho the sale salo or other disposition of minerals or other property from school and state lands other than those granted ranted for shall not exceed on each dollar of valuation two and four- four tenths mills for general generl state purposes two tenths of oC one mill for high school purposes which shall constitute the high school
