Volume ARRAIGNMENTS HEARD AS COURT TERM CONTINUES 2 The March term of District court continued on March 29th with two arraignments heading the calendar. In the case of State of Utah vs. defendant plead Christy Justis guilty to a charge of burglary in the third degree. He waived the statutory time for passing of judgment and the court ordered that the defendant shall not violate any of the laws of Utah for a period of three years and shall file quarterly reports with the clerk of the court. State of Utah vs. Lewis Hamilton, et al, arraignment. Defendant plead guilty to a charge or grand larceny and judgment was suspended upon the same conditions as in the above case.
