NOTICE OF SALE by MAX BERNS- - The Supremacy of the People A'k $4 sj SsM Notice To Water Users Legal Advertising part , The following day saw the presentation of the Covered Wagon celebration at Altamont, and Duchesne can feel proud of its representation there. This celebration was a result of the cooperative efforts of the various communities surrounding the new high school site, and reports indicate a crowd of 2,000 persons, the largest ever assembled there, and the best time the local citizens had enjoyed for fifteen years as expressed by one of the Altamont citizens. We know Duchesne appreciated the patronage of the North country folk at its celebration. We are sure the patronage of Duchesne citizens'and those from other communities in the county at the Altamont celebration was likewise appreciated and we are sure that a little stronger feeling of good fellowship must exist between the communities of the county as a Virgin llanlr Speak Englwk Although Denmark owned the Virgin Island for two and a half centuries, from 1666 to 1917, Danish was never gpoken as a language.
