J J. J Feller of Duchesne who was a passenger in the car Mrs Johnstun said she was driving driving driving ing north nonn just passed Ashton's store about 8 o'clock p p. p m. m when the accident occurred She stopped stopped stopped stop stop- ped immediately with the wagon tongue projecting through the tho right front window and extending past the steering wheel According According According Accord Accord- ing to Mrs Johnstun the truck had neither warning flag nor light at the end of the load and even though the lights of her car were turned on she was unable to tosea see sea the wagon tongue She did not know the Ule name of the driver Mrs Feller was rushed to Dr Whitmore who treated the wound closing it with seven stitches She was later removed t to Duchesne where she Is under the care tare of Dr L L.
