Emmons Home Form Labor Council Lists Projects An organization of the tradesmen of Duchesne was formed at a meeting held at the Hotel Duchesne last Friday, Feb. 8th. The name adopted for the organization was the Duchesne Labor council. Eighteen men were present at the meeting, which was called by Jack Odekirk and Ed Herrick, B. E. Higgs local carpenters. was selected as temporary chairman. James Hatch, also a carpenter and contractor explained the purpose of the meeting as being the perfection of an organization of the Duchesne tradesmen to further their interests generally, but particularly with reference to getting employment for Duchesne county men on Duchesne county projects. A permanent organization followed, with James Hatch elected chairman and B. E.
