Show Families Benefit By Sewing ving Project I families or more were benefited benefited benefited bene bene- by the Duchesne county sewing sewing sewing sew sew- ing project which halted January according to Mrs Lettle LettIe Brown county supervisor Mrs Brown stated that the primary primary primary mary object of the project was to educate the women on the relief rolls to care for the clothing they have so that it may be utilized to the full extent and to assist them in it at minimum expense The Instruction was received enthusiastically en cn- cn and Mrs Brown feels that the project has been of ot otI great benefit I I Following Is a list of some of the work turned out by the various various var var- arious ar- ar ious sewing centers in the cou t Quilts dresses slips 36 shirts 89 sleeping garments skirts 9 blouses 9 bloomers bloom bloom- ers 27 21 coats cleaned pressed and repaired or made new 8 stockings mended 33 sweaters sweat sweat- ers cleaned and repaired 15 mens men's coats and vests cleaned and repaired repaired re re- re- re paired 12 infants layettes 3 other infants garments 65 rugs from rags 2 quilt tops lops pieced 3 and many any other articles were cleaned repaired or made new It Is expected Mrs Brown Drown said that a new project will be approved ed soon its ita exact nature has not yet ct been disclosed |
