Show J Damage Suit Sui Against Duchesne City Fails In the case of Mrs Carrie Murray Murray Murray Mur Mur- ray plaintiff against the city of Duchesne Judge Turner found I there was not sufficient evidence to convict and the case was I thrown out of court As a reason for this carnage suit being brought when main street of Duchesne was being oiled considerable dirt had to be removed removed ed from the street This was in 1931 It seems that several loads of this dirt was dumped in front of the home of Mrs Murray Several Sev eral months later in 1932 Mrs Murray stumbled over this pile of dirt and received some considerable considerable considerable consider consider- able injury That was in broad day light and for that reason the judge considered it was negligence on the part of the plaintiff On March 31 the attorneys for the defendant defendant defendant de de- de- de and after the plaintiff had hada thol p made a mo mo- mo- mo u tion to have the judge throw the case out of court for the reason was argued and the judge threw the case out of court for lack of I sufficient evidence B.
