C I Michelson I After some preliminary business I was of and upon request of the Duchesne high school the I board agreed to bear half the expense expense ex ex- pense of renting the town hall for gymnasium purposes The high I school will meet the other half of i ithe the expenses I IA A report was made at the meeting meeting meeting meet meet- ing ing showing a total of 19 busses school children in the county The busses average 48 passengers each elementary pupils are transported and high school pupils Mrs Louise Anderson and Miss Helen Ottoson who have been teaching at Talmage in the absence absence ab ab- ab sence of Misses Delsa Hardman and Lucille Sevey were released Miss Hardman and Miss Sevey are able to be in the school room again after an auto accident Each school child in the county I Is being asked to contribute a sum not exceeding five cents for forthe forthe forthe the construction of a George Washington monument on the State Capitol grounds in Salt SaIt Lake City The proposed edifice will wm willbe willbe be the only one to Washington in inthe inthe inthe the state |
