presidential nominations it makes no provision for nominating conventions it Is silent on the subject of party platforms in fact the constitution ignores all three as completely na as it does woman platforms no nominations there was probably no need of nominations there were two partle parties a federalists and anti and federalists they were divided the subject of the constitution rather than ou
