Show NOTICE OF forfeiture to whom it may concern george A henry his heirs or administrator you are hereby notified that I 1 the undersigned undersigner under signed have expanded during the years 1905 1906 1907 1908 1903 1909 1910 1911 and 1912 the sum of eight hundred dollars in labor and improvements on the following described mining claims being one hundred dollars dal lais worth of labor laboi and improvements yearly on each of the following named mining claims to wit that certain mining claim situated in the clifton mining district tooele thoele county state of utah known and described as follows the uncle sam mining claim according to location and notice thereof recorded in book T of mining records page records of tooele thoele county state of utah that said work was done and improvements prove ments made on said claim during years 1905 1906 1907 1908 1909 1910 1911 ad ad 1912 in order to hold the said dim clim under the pro a of Section 2432 of the revised statute a of the united stites and the amendments thereto and the laws of the state of utah concerning annual labor to be done on mining claims that there Is due from you to the undersigned undersigner under signed the sum of four hundred dollars on account of your share of the said eight hundred dollars ix expended for annual labor on the said mining claim during the years 1905 1906 1907 1908 1909 1910 1911 and 1912 and you are hereby notified by the undersigned undersigner under signed thatis that if within ninety days from the personal service of this notice upon yo you or within ninety days after the service service of this notice upon you by publication you fail refuse or neglect to contribute your portion of such expenditure pend iture to wit the sum of four hundred dollars to the undersigned undersigner under signed your interest in said mining claim will become the property of the undersign ed your co owner in accordance with the law in such cases made and provided dated salt lake city state of utah september 3rd ard 1913 PAUL USE date first publication sept 5 1913 |
