cartridge and match in letter versailles ky ICY while assistant postmaster kelly white was stamp ing the incoming mall mail here a cartridge in an envelope which was being sent bent through the malls mails exploded an investigation proved that the letter in question was one of twenty which were received in the same bundle of 0 mall mail matter at the versailles office and each in addition to the bloodied blo blood odred red warning to the party addressed contained a cartridge and a match indicative no doubt of the tha intention of the tha sender should the warnings not be heeded the letters were ad dressed to tobacco growers
